Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, laundries, entrances, hallways and stairs.
Lawn and garden maintenance
Mowing, edging, line trimming, weeding, hedge trimming and garden tidy-ups.
Seasonal garden care
Mulching, pruning and suitable weed treatments.
External window cleaning
External windows on single- and two-storey properties.
Pressure washing and gutter cleaning
Driveways, paths, patios and other suitable outdoor surfaces, plus gutter clearing.
Minor property maintenance
Selected handyman tasks and everyday upkeep.
Completion reporting
Photos and work notes, with visible maintenance concerns brought to your attention.
What it could look like
A care plan for a Rooming House.
For example, a Rooming House plan could combine monthly Common Area cleaning with regular mowing, garden maintenance and seasonal hedge care.
External window cleaning, including two-storey windows, pressure washing, gutter clearing and mulch replenishment can be scheduled through the year.
The result is one plan for the ongoing upkeep. Bond cleans remain separate bookings.

Is this an annual plan paid monthly?
Yes. We agree the work for 12 months and divide the annual price into 12 equal monthly instalments. The schedule can vary throughout the year.
Do I need both cleaning and gardening?
No. Choose the services your property needs, from grounds care to a combination of cleaning, gardening and periodic maintenance.
Can external windows be included on a two-storey property?
Yes. External window cleaning for single- and two-storey properties is available in your annual plan.
How much does a plan cost?
Each plan is priced for the property and services selected. Request a quote for an annual price and monthly instalment amount.
Can I request extra jobs?
Yes. Additional jobs are quoted separately for your approval.
What if I sell the property or need to end the plan?
Renewal and early-ending arrangements are set out in your proposal before you sign up.
